CRM to Unveil State-Of-The-Art Apartment Complex, ‘100 Chenango Place’

Binghamton, N.Y. (July 24, 2017)—  CRM Rental Management, Inc. in conjunction with Liberty Affordable Housing, Inc. will host a ribbon cutting ceremony on Tuesday, July 25 at 11 a.m. to unveil and celebrate the successful completion of 100 Chenango Place, a brand new state-of-the-art apartment complex for seniors in Binghamton.

The 15-story building, formerly known as ABC Towers, will serve as an affordable senior housing solution. It’s newly redesigned to offer 144 apartment units and features a library, on-site laundry, off-street parking and 24-hour emergency maintenance. 100 Chenango Place is conveniently located on the local bus route and units are pet friendly.

Renovations to the building included replacement of all flooring, cabinets, closet doors and bath accessories in all apartments with Energy Star lighting and appliances, replacement of all exterior windows, replacement of the roof, modernization of the two elevators, exterior masonry restoration and waterproofing, resurfacing of the asphalt parking lot and exterior landscaping.

CRM Rental Management, Inc, (CRM) a renowned and local property management company headquartered in Rome, NY gives back to their employees.
